Sattva Ekatra Current Project Status

Sattva Ekatra is not a ready-to-use plotted layout yet. It is in the early project stage. Buyers can check the site, ask for plot details and submit a booking request at the current launch stage.

The project offers plot sizes from 600 sq. ft. to 1,800 sq. ft. Prices start from Rs. 51.6 lakh onwards. The indicative rate is around Rs. 8,600 per sq. ft.

Sattva Ekatra site status shows early physical activity. The marketing office is open for buyer visits. Site access is ready, so buyers can visit the project location and understand the approach road.

STRR / NH 648 is about 300 m away. Doddaballapur Railway Station is about 1.7 km away. Kempegowda International Airport is about 36.5 km away.

The location supports long-term land value because of STRR access, railway connectivity and airport-side growth.

Sattva Ekatra is planned with 25+ amenities and 45% open area. These features are part of the project plan.

Amenities include clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pool, yoga pavilion, kids activity zone, mini theatre, tennis court, indoor games room, jogging track, cycling track, multi-sport court, cricket pitch, party halls, cafe, open-air theatre and landscaped gardens.
